About
"placeholder"
A South Korean special forces captain and a trauma surgeon fall for each other in Seoul, then keep colliding on deployment in a war-torn, earthquake-prone fictional country. It mixes battlefield rescues, hospital crises, and workplace banter with a slow-burn romance, plus a secondary couple adding comic relief. The tone swings between glossy melodrama, action-movie set pieces, and soapy humor, all wrapped in the polished, emotionally earnest style typical of top-tier Korean romance dramas. It is easy to binge, occasionally over-the-top, and built for maximum swoon and tears rather than realism.
