About

"A gentle rom-com about rebuilding confidence, not just abs"

A once-glamorous lawyer, now overweight and overworked, hires a top-tier personal trainer to help her reclaim her old body and confidence before a high school reunion. What starts as a strictly professional arrangement slips into something warmer as both leads confront old insecurities and past heartbreaks. The tone is breezy rom-com with a genuine emotional undercurrent about self-worth and body image, carried by likable leads and easy chemistry rather than plot twists. It's comfort viewing: low stakes, high charm, occasional gym-based slapstick.

Watch it for

the easy, warm chemistry between the leads makes the slow-burn romance genuinely satisfying.

Maybe skip if

you want plot-driven tension rather than a low-stakes, feel-good character romance.
