About
"Fame stripped down to bugs and boredom"
A group of celebrities is dropped into a jungle camp with minimal comforts and forced to compete for food and privileges through gross-out physical challenges. The public votes to decide who stays and who leaves, building toward a crowned winner. The appeal is watching famous, often out-of-their-depth people cope with bugs, heights, and humiliation while bonding (or clashing) in cramped quarters. It's silly, gossipy, and unpretentious, more about personality and endurance than any grand narrative, best enjoyed as light, communal viewing rather than serious television.
