About
"Revenge fantasy that pushes past every comfort line"
A healer who was abused and exploited by his own party uses a time-reset power to relive events with the tables turned, hunting down everyone who wronged him. It's a revenge fantasy pushed to extremes, mixing fantasy-adventure trappings with graphic, disturbing content that generated major controversy on release. The pacing is brisk and plot-driven, but the show leans hard into shock value rather than nuance, and its tone stays grim and vindictive throughout rather than triumphant or fun.
the unapologetically dark revenge premise if you want fantasy anime stripped of restraint.
you're sensitive to graphic sexual violence and torture used as core plot devices.
