About
"A deadly school mystery with unhinged energy"
A group of elite high schoolers wake up trapped inside their academy, informed by a sadistic robotic bear that the only way to graduate is to murder a classmate and get away with it. What follows is a claustrophobic mix of whodunit trial sequences and desperate survival horror, adapted directly from the cult video game. The tone swings wildly between slapstick anime humor and genuinely grim tension, and the mystery-solving courtroom segments are the real hook. It's stylish, gimmicky, and unapologetically melodramatic rather than subtle.
the twisted trial sequences where clashing testimonies and absurd logic decide who lives.
you need grounded realism, since the tone lurches between goofy comedy and brutal violence.
