About
"A grief mystery disguised as a romance"
A grieving, wealthy man hires a woman through an unusual 'contract marriage' agency to fill the void left by his missing wife, only to find himself pulled into the mystery of what actually happened to her. The show moves slowly and moodily, favoring hushed conversations and lingering close-ups over twists, building an atmosphere of quiet dread and repressed longing. It's less a whodunit than a character study of grief, guilt, and performance, carried almost entirely by its two leads' restrained, aching chemistry rather than plot mechanics.
the slow-burn tension between two leads hiding more than they admit to each other.
you want fast plotting rather than a moody, dialogue-heavy character study.
