The Katering Show returns for another stroll through the smorgasbord of modern food trends. Kate McLennan remains the smug foodie who spends her time at her local farmers market while food intolerant Kate McCartney is still spending her days avoiding foods containing gluten, lactose, fructose, wheat, dairy, nuts, chilli or joy.
