About
"Strangers forced into friendship, sitcom-style"
Twenty years after a childhood birthday party, a group of former classmates reconnect at a surprise reunion thrown by one of them, and awkwardly stay in each other's lives. The show follows their tangled romances, friendships and family messes as adults who barely remember each other but slowly rebuild real bonds. It plays like a warm, talky ensemble sitcom, heavy on overlapping relationships and quick banter, with a likeable cast carrying thin premises into something surprisingly sweet. It never quite finds its footing tonally, but there's charm in watching strangers become friends.
the appealing ensemble cast clearly having fun before the show found its rhythm.
you want a fully realized show rather than a promising one cut short.
