About
"A fizzy fairy-tale romance grounded by family warmth"
A working-class baker from a tight-knit Miami family unexpectedly falls for a world-famous celebrity, and their whirlwind romance upends both of their lives. The show leans into warm family comedy and soapy romantic drama in equal measure, with the baker's boisterous relatives providing much of the heart and humor while the central relationship supplies the will-they-survive-the-spotlight tension. It's breezy, colorful, and unabashedly feel-good, more concerned with charm and family dynamics than realism, making it an easy, comforting watch rather than a demanding one.
the charming chemistry between the leads and the lively, loving family scenes around them.
you want grounded realism rather than a glossy, feel-good romantic fairy tale.
