About
"A countdown romance that earns its tears slowly"
A young man lands a low-level job at a company that leases out lifelike androids with a fixed expiration date, then retrieves them once their time runs out. He's paired with one of these androids as his partner, and the two grow close while quietly counting down toward an inevitable goodbye. It's a soft, melancholy slice-of-life romance more interested in small daily moments than spectacle, building slowly toward an emotional gut-punch rather than delivering constant thrills.
the slow-burn romance that turns a simple premise into a genuinely devastating farewell.
