Kokhav Nolad 5 was the 5th season of the popular reality TV show Kokhav Nolad, which focused on finding the next Israeli pop star. It was hosted by Tzvika Hadar with judges Gal Uchovsky, Margalit Tzan'ani, Svika Pik,and Tsedi Tzarfati. The final of Kokhav Nolad 5 was held on Golan Beach in the eastern side of the kinneret lake on August 29, 2007. After the first semifinal, Zvika Hadar announced that Marina Maximillian Blumin had qualified.

Kokhav Nolad 7 is season 7 of an Israeli reality television competition aimed at finding new solo singing talent. It debuted on May 24, 2009, and was broadcast twice a week, ending August 30, 2009. An addition to the new season, of the show, was transsexual singer and former Eurovision Song Contest winner Dana International, who joined the show as a judge, fifth in the panel that includes composer Svika Pik, singer Margalit Tsanani, director and choreographer Tsedi Tsarfati, plus writer and music critic Gal Uchovsky. The show's host as usual was comedian Tsvika Hadar. On August 23, the finalists were announced to be Mei Finegold, Vladi Blayberg and Roni Dalumi.

"Kokhav Nolad " started its eighth season in of May 2010. After the victory of Roni Dalumi last year when a female won the competition for the first time since Ninet Tayeb in the first season, 27 finalists were chosen in May following thousands of auditions, which were held in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Beer Sheba, Sderot, Mishmar HaEmek and in the Jezreel Valley. In addition to that and, for the 3rd time abroad, this time in Brazil following India, and the United States in the previous 2 years. The biggest difference between the eighth and the seventh season, is that this season the new judge: Pavlo Rosenberg, a successful singer of Argentine Jewish descent replaced Tzvika Pik who decided to quit in order to promote his upcoming album. In addition to that, rather than in Eilat as in the previous season, the final of Kokhav Nolad 8 took place at the Sultan’s Pool in Jerusalem in September 2010.

Kokhav Nolad 9 is the 9th season of the popular reality TV show Kokhav Nolad, which focused on finding the next Israeli pop star. It is hosted by Tzvika Hadar with judges Margalit Tzan'ani, Tsedi Tzarfati and the Newest Miri Messika and Yair Nitzani. Rather than in Jerusalem as in the previous season, the final of Kochav Nolad 9 took place in Haifa in July 2011.

Kokhav Nolad 10 is the tenth season of the reality show Kokhav Nolad, which focuses on finding the next Israeli pop star. It is hosted by Tzvika Hadar with judges Miri Messika, Tsedi Tzarfati and the newest Moshe Peretz and Gidi Gov. The final of Kokhav Nolad 10 will take place in Haifa in September 4, 2012.
