The Health Series

Over the years, Miranda has received thousands of emails from participants who have used Classical Stretch to improve their overall health and overcome painful medical conditions. She shares some of these motivating stories during her workouts, as she takes you through safe and gentle, full body movements that will help to relieve related aches, pains and health conditions. The Strengthening workouts will also tone your muscles, help with weight-loss, improve your posture, and help to reverse and prevent osteoporosis. The Flexibility/Mobility workouts will help with pain-relief, arthritis, healing, stress relief, back pain, surgery recovery, rehabilitation, and fibromyalgia. Doing one episode of Classical Stretch per day will help you to age backwards and remain youthful your entire life.
Age Defying Series

Classical Stretch Season 8 workouts are all full body workouts and will include all the benefits of the program. However we have broken down the workouts into 2 themes: strengthening and flexibility/mobility workouts. In each episode you will find both themes but some focus more on one theme then the other. Strengthening workouts include: 2,4,7,8,9,10,13,15,16,17,18,19,21,23,24,26,28,29. These workouts will also tone your muscles and promote weight-loss. Flexibility/mobility workouts: 1,3,5,6,11,12,14,20,22,25,27,30. These workouts are also for arthritis, healing, stress relief, pain relief. Please note that these workout suggestions are only guidelines please consult your physician before doing any of the workouts.
Weight Loss and Pain-Relief Series

Chronic pain and injuries often prevent people from being able to achieve weight loss and body toning. Classical Stretch Season 9 offers a combination of workouts that will help to both relieve pain and stiffness, and tone and strengthen your body.  The Weight Loss workouts  are fun and challenging—aimed at melting the fat away while strengthening and toning the full body. Don’t forget to include a healthy diet in any weight loss program.  The Pain-Relief workouts are a combination of deep stretch and targeted pain relief exercises. In addition, these popular workouts are designed to relieve overall stress by releasing tension in the muscles and increasing full body circulation. Each episode of Season 9 works the full body and will leave you feeling energized, rebalanced and youthful!
Strength and Flexibility

A combination of strong and flexible muscles gives us mobility. Without either, we cannot walk, sit, run, or dress ourselves—since all of these movements require full mobility. In this series of Classical Stretch,  a focus is placed on simultaneously strengthening and increasing flexibility to give you strong and lean muscles, as well as improved balance and mobility. Aging Backwards

Classical Stretch - Aging Backwards uses simple science to help viewers take control of their aging process by moving every muscle in all directions, with a balance of mobility and strength. These gentle and dynamic exercises are safe while challenging, for every level of fitness.  Each of our muscle cells contains an abundance of mitochondria—microscopic furnaces responsible for burning calories, providing energy, and keeping you feeling and looking young. By moving every muscle, you activate and feed these furnaces—keeping them alive and healthy while preventing muscle atrophy. One episode of Classical Stretch per day will keep your body feeling young, healthy, balanced and vibrant!
