About
"Cops become the machine they once feared"
Following one FBI Academy class across three timelines, from their 2009 training through the present day and into a near-future where artificial intelligence has reshaped law enforcement, the show traces how idealistic recruits become the people who build (or resist) a surveillance state. The pace is deliberate and moody, hopping between eras to build dread rather than deliver action. It works best as a slow-burn character piece and ethical thought experiment about technology and justice, carried by its cast's restraint more than plot twists or thrills.
the unsettling near-future vision of AI-run policing and how ordinary people build it.
you want fast-paced crime thrills rather than a moody, time-jumping meditation on technology.
