About
"Retro spy romance dressed up as blockbuster spectacle"
Set in 1990s Bombay, this Citadel spin-off follows two stunt performers moonlighting as spies for a shadowy agency, their fling turning into something deeper as a rival organization closes in. Years later, their estranged daughter gets pulled into the same dangerous world. It moves fast, mixing glossy action set pieces with a genuine romance at its core, leaning more on chemistry and spectacle than tight plotting. The tone swings between playful pulp and emotional melodrama, carried largely by its two leads' charisma rather than the espionage mechanics, which stay fairly familiar.
the charged chemistry between its two leads driving every action set piece.
